In this project, I fetched customer reviews from the Trustpilot website using Python web scraping techniques,
followed by data cleaning and preprocessing. I then performed sentiment analysis using
OpenAI's GPT-4 , an advanced Artificial Intelligence NLP model, and visualized sentiment and rating distributions.
